This division's members are seasoned industrial psychologists with masteries in administering, scoring, interpreting and preparing comprehensive psychological test evaluations. Semantrix Inc.'s psychologists are also well-versed in designing and developing company norms for personnel/group assessment.
Semantrix Inc. as Human Resources Support Group to its clients provides all services under Human Capital Management and Development. Recruitment of temporary and regular personnel are primary services that most clients avail.
For its temporary or contractual staffing, the company specializes in recruitment of office or clerical staff such as encoders, secretaries, administrative staff, accounting and general clerks when it started its operations in 1999. Today, as it caters to various industries, recruitment operations under its
General Services Cooperative Division which started in June 2007 deploys candidates for job positions for undergraduates, i.e. messengers, janitors or utility personnel.
Regular or executive placement services covers search for non-officer to executive level personnel for client from various industries.
Semantrix Inc. provides temporary personnel on project or contractual basis to handle jobs or tasks due to volume or peak season workload, to act as reliever and/ or provide assistance due to irregular work assignments.
A sample billing computation is herein presented for minimum wage personnel with 5 day-workweek and 6 day workweek schedule for your reference. Billing rate for other positions with specified salary rate will be computed accordingly.
REGULAR & EXECUTIVE STAFFING
Scope. Semantrix Inc. sources, interviews and sends the information sheet and write up of candidates using the key selection criteria and job duties and responsibilities of the position as provided by the Client. In the event that an advertisement for the position will be required in the course of sourcing for candidates, Semantrix will be responsible for preparing and placing the appropriate classified ad. Cost of the advertisement will be considered out-of-pocket expense (OPE).
The Client, upon review of the candidates’ documents shall inform Semantrix of the short listed candidates and their corresponding interview schedules. Semantrix will take care of informing the candidates of their interview schedules.
Testing services will be undertaken by Semantrix on candidates on a per request basis. Cost of Psychological testing shall be billed separately.
Exclusivity. It is agreed that the Client shall not engage other parties to undertake a concurrent search for the same position. Semantrix shall have exclusive rights to search fees if the Client hires referred candidates within one year from termination of this search.
Fees. The search will be undertaken by Semantrix subject to a fee equivalent to twelve percent (12%) of Commencing Annual Gross Income or CAGI for non-managerial or staff positions; fifteen percent(15%) for supervisory position and eighteen percent(18%) for managerial or executive position to be billed in the following manner:
30% upon signing of this agreement
30% upon submission of candidates’ interview write ups
40% upon hiring of a candidate
* Out-of-Pocket expenses shall be billed separately.
Termination. Should a Client decide to terminate the search, fees due Semantrix in accordance with item (3) shall be considered demandable and those which have been paid are non-refundable.
Guarantee. In the event that the selected candidate voluntarily resigns within a two-month period at no fault on the part of a Client, Semantrix will undertake the search for a replacement at no additional cost.
This involves defining the company’s goals and objectives, as dovetailed with its vision and mission statement. It assesses the organization’s current operations and economic performance and considers alternative approaches designed to achieve maximum performance in the market being served. Considering, both the current and long term goals or missions, organizational planning develops projections and manpower plans to assure that the organization will be staffed with the numbers and types of managers, technicians and specialists it needs to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Output: Workshop on Business Planning (one year plans/targets), Strategic Planning (3-year as medium range to long range plans)
A review of the existing organizational structures to ensure that these foster continuity of the operations and direct human resources toward the accomplishment of the organization’s goals and objectives. Foresight in planning jobs and functions within the structure will aid in assuring the organization’s ability to develop the manpower needed for the future.

It is a systematic review and analysis of the processes involve in all aspects of the company’s operations. This involves process definition, process analysis and process improvement based on customer needs and wants.

This is a systematic process of establishing the relative worth or value of an individual job in an organization in relation to the other jobs in the organization. Processes involve are Job Analysis, Job Rating and Job Classification.

REVIEW & DEVELOPMENT OF SALARY STRUCTURES
On the basis of the results of the Job Evaluation, that is the job grade classification of all positions, the existing salary rates of all employees must be reviewed. A revised salary structure is designed after getting a reading of the salary trends in the industry, using benchmark or key positions.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS)

This is also a tool for career counseling and career pathing.

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM)
A comprehensive program composed of various trainings on Total Quality Management, i.e. TQM Awareness, Problem-Solving and Decision Making; including process audit and gap analysis. Objective of which is to adopt the best practices of the industry as bench mark and to provide the desired level of operational efficiency and productivity that will not only satisfy nor delight customers but Surprise as company’s Service Standard. This program is aligned towards ISO compliances and certification standards.

As a human resources support group, our main thrust is to help organizations obtain the kind of productive work force they want. The initial step of which is the selection of top quality people using an effective tool – Psychological Testing and Evaluation.
Psychological tests are the only scientifically tested tools used to measure individual’s attitude towards work, the readiness to perform work requirements, ability to relate with people in the work environment, tendencies to handle stressful situations, and ability to make rational decisions under pressure. In career management, psychological tests can validate the individual’s potentials to undertake higher responsibilities.
Psychological testing is administered Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on appointment basis at Room 205, 2F Diplomat Condominium, Roxas Blvd corner Russel St, Pasay City
(in between Heritage Hotel and Redemptorist church).
* Off-site testing service may be conducted on a per request basis.
1. Submission of Complete Psychological Evaluation Report
a.) Regular Reports - The complete psychological evaluation report of each examinee will be submitted to the client within seven (7) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) from the date the examinee has completed all the tests.
b.) Rush - Request for submission of psychological evaluation report ahead of the regular schedule shall be made prior to the examinee’s date of testing. An additional charge of P700.00/report (plus 12% VAT) will be charged for RUSH reports.
2. Partial Completion of Test
In the event an examinee referred by the client failed to complete the required tests for her/his level within one (1) month from the start of testing, the client agrees to pay Semantrix Inc. the amount equivalent to 50% of the cost of the test level partially taken.
It is further agreed that Semantrix Inc. shall not submit any report on psychological test, which is not completed by the examinee. However, the examinee shall be allowed to complete the test within six months from her/his first date of testing. In this case, the client shall be billed the remaining balance of the test level fee.
3. Terms of Payment
The client shall be billed upon submission of the complete psychological evaluation report. It is agreed that payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the report. A service charge of 3% per month shall be charged to overdue account.
4. Confidentiality
It is also agreed that the test protocols and duplicate copies of the psychological evaluation reports shall be kept by Semantrix and maintained confidential by both parties. All documents pertaining to the psychological evaluation report of each client’s examinee shall be taken out of Semantrix data file after one year from the date of the report. The duplicate copy of the test and the original copies of the test protocols shall be kept by Semantrix for a period of one (1) year only.
